I was at the Marriott for a conference in March and received wonderful service at this restaurant. I was trying to find a vegetarian dinner option (for takeaway). The hostess that evening, Aaliyah, arranged for a vegetarian lunch option to be prepared for me for dinner. I really appreciated her effort and that of the other staff involved.

Staying over night before heading on a cruise. We needed a place to eat. McCoy&#39;s in at the Hyatt in the Orlando airport. Great service but what was most surprising was the food very good and reasonable. The sushi was great and one roll enough for a dinner. Lentil chile was excellent.

We were a group of 7 all arriving from 3 separate directions and having just 3 hours for a quick dinner. We chose the Crimson because on of our group was staying in the hotel and it would save time. Our table was ready on arrival, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive in the way that North American waiters seem trained to be. We all had starters only and were satisfied with the portions and flavours. Our only dissapointment was the dessert - we shared the Chocolate pretzel. We should have heeded our waiteras he described it carefully and warned us that it wasn&#39;t a pretzel at all.

Unlike the staff in the main restaurant, these folks were always cheerful and helpful. Dine up front rather than at the poolside restuarant for a more pleasant experience.

After a long days work my colleague and I decided to stay in the hotel for dinner. Very bad decision. I ordered the rib eye steak for $38, which was disappointing in terms of size, quality, and taste. It was served with reheated potato wedges, and a smudge of congealed sauce, which I think was supposed to be Bernaise. Just poor cooking in every element. My colleague ordered the Chicken dish and left 3/4 of it. He was as unimpressed as I.
